Around 42 Million Adults in the United states have Anxiety Disorder and the numbers are increasing day by day.

Anxiety disorders can happen at any stage of life. It is very Normal part of life for Adult, but they usually start beginning from the age of 15-25 years. Women faces Anxiety more as compare to Men’s (Says by national Institute of  Mental Health ).

Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD)

GAD is is characterized by persistent and excessive worry about thing which isn’t that important. People with GAD will over thing on small small issues related to Finance,Health, Family, Friends, Work or other Issues They are unable to control on their mind which constantly keep worrying on senseless things or things which is not Important.GAD is diagnosed when an individual worry about varieties of things and that last for 6 months or more.It affected around 7.1 Million adults of United states or 3.2% population of US. People with GAD don’t know how to stop the worry and feel it is Uncontrollable for them, even though they usually realize that their anxiety is more intense than the situation warrants.
Treatments of GAD Supportive and interpersonal therapy 
  1. Cognitive behavioral treatment (CBT)
  2. Mindfulness based approaches and Acceptance Commitment Therapy
  3. Proper Dosage of Anxiety Medication like XANAX (Alprazolam)

Social anxiety disorder also called social Phobia

It is intense anxiety or fear of being judged, negatively evaluated, or rejected in a social or performance situation (being viewed as stupid, awkward, or boring) they often avoid social or performance situations and when the Situation Can’t be avoided they Experience Anxiety and Distress. It is found people undergoing with Social Anxiety disorders experience Rapid Heart Beat Sweating. Although they recognize that their Fear is very much and unreasonable.
It affects around 15 millions adults of United states it is the second most common Anxiety Disorders.

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

PTSD occurs after Witnessing or Experiencing something traumatic Nearly everyone will experience a range of reactions after it.yet most people recover from initial symptoms naturally with the time . Those who keep experiencing problems may be diagnosed with PTSD. People who have PTSD may feel stressed or frightened even when every thing is normal
