Medications and pharmaceutical is need of each and every person in today’s world. People face many problems in day to day life. There are medicines for each of the problem around the globe. Each and every country has some laws and regulations for medications and drugs. They have been classifies in various class according to their nature. United States of America have many laws for medications and drugs, approved by FDA. They have been classified in 4 classes of pharmaceuticals.

FDA has put some laws and rules just to safeguard the health of people. The drugs used for mental disorders such as anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia and many more. They have adverse effect on health and can cause many problems. According to their effect, they had been classified into various classes. Many of the medications which are much dangerous and fatal are banned in USA or many states of USA.

People cannot buy those medications from any other country. If they found to do so, they will be punished. Most of the generic medications are banned in country. The drugs which have narcotics effects or opiod are banned. The drugs which are placed in class I and II are mostly banned.  Many of the pain killers are banned, due to its adverse side effects and many emergency cases. Many drugs were first allowed but then due to its abuse and overuse, they were banned.

Many pain killers such as tramadol,  soma, fentanyl are banned in USA. Many anxiety drugs or drugs related to mental issues are banned such as carrisoporal, onax, etc. There are many laws for buying medications, which must be followed strictly. Drugs such as morphine and class of this drugs are banned. Many drugs are unclassified as controlled or uncontrolled, so it remains for laboratory purpose only. . Many of the states have declared some drugs  as schedule I which means highest level to abuse property and many have declared as schedule IV which means lowest level of abuse potential. It has been opened up for the people to buy online with proper prescription. At federal level, it remains unscheduled and can be ordered.

The prescription should be of within time period of 6 months for pain killer medications and for mental disorders it should be of within a month. Prescription is very much necessary. It used for moderate to severe pain. It is in liquid form and can be used as cough syrup too. Several common imprints for hydrocarbons are M365, M366, M367. It is drug of high potential abuse and addiction. It acts on central nervous system. It has got much side effects. It is banned and against law to use hydrocodone in USA.

2 ) CODEINE

Codeine is an opiate medication. It is used for pain, cough and diarrhea. It is non steroidal anti inflammatory drug (NSAID) . It can be used for severe to acute pain and as cough syrup over the age of 12. It has potential of addiction and abuse. Common side effects are drowsiness, constipation, itching, nausea, dry mouth, miosis, hypotension, urinary infection, etc. It directly acts on the central nervous system making the person lethargic. It is habit forming and can ruin once life, it is against law to use codeine.

3 ) OXYCONTIN OR OXYCODONE

Oxycodone is a semi synthetic opiate, synthesized from thebine. Oxycontin sold under the brand name oxycodone. This is used as pain killer. It reliefs from moderate to severe pain. it is single ingredient medication which is available in immediate and controlled form. It is also available with combination of paracetamol, ibuprofen or asprin. It is been used since 1916. It is used for managing severe acute to chronic pain.
The tablet should be taken at every 12 hours. Children at the age of 11 years can use this medicine, it is approved by the U.S. it helps to get relief of cancer pain, trauma pain or pain due to some surgery. It is approved and widely used in U.S. the dosage should be 20 mg per day. It is used around the globe. People must use it for effects. Should not abuse or overdose it. It can have side effects such as acidity, irritability, nausea, vomiting, etc. it is addictive due to its narcotic effects.

4 ) MORPHINE

Morphine is pain medication. It is an opiate variety. It acts directly on central nervous system. It can be used for severe to acute pain. It has high potential for addiction and abuse. It is narcotics category of pain killers. It has adverse effects on the human body. If taken for long term causes withdrawal symptom. It can cause respiratory depression, depression, immune deficiency, many more. It is habit forming and dangerous to health. It is not allowed in the States of America.

5 ) DILAUDID

Dilaudid is the brand name for dihydromorphine. It is again an opioid. It is made from morphine. It is centrally acting drug. It is used as pain killer. It have potency of drug abuse. It is in narcotics class. It is much more soluble in water than compare to morphine. Dihydrocodiene, oxymorphol, oxycodone, oxymorphone, metopan are all derivatives of morphine. It has same adverse effects as morphine. It is fatal and can cause much harm to human body.
